Met de overname van E-Golf4U door Nexxchange willen beide bedrijven een groter, meer gediversifieerd softwarebedrijf vormen voor de golfbaanindustrie. De markt voor golfsoftware is sterk gefragmenteerd en door het bundelen van de krachten van beide bedrijven willen zij hun positie verstevigen, om zo ook op lange termijn oplossingen te kunnen blijven aanbieden aan golfbanen en baanmanagers in heel Europa.
E-Golf4U-oprichter en meerderheidsaandeelhouder Nico Zwaneveld en Nexxchange-oprichter Michael Briem delen deze zelfde visie over de toekomst van golfsoftware. Het bedrijf is van plan om in de toekomst alle Europese markten te bedienen.
Beide bedrijven zullen voor 2022 samenwerken aan uniforme producten, gebaseerd op de huidige oplossingen van Nexxchange. Door de overname van E-Golf4U wordt het mogelijk de kennis over beide systemen samen te voegen om zo de beste en meest uitgebreide oplossingen te ontwikkelen voor de Europese markt.

E-Golf4U, opgericht in 2005, is de eerste Software as a Service-applicatie voor golfclubs, gericht op de Nederlandse markt. Het bedrijf is marktleider in Nederland als het gaat om golfsoftware.De strategie van het bedrijf is om een state-of-the-art kernproduct voor leden en greenfee-spelers te creëren en dat te koppelen aan complementaire oplossingen voor golfbaanexploitanten. E-Golf4U heeft inmiddels een sterk en loyaal klantenbestand opgebouwd. Met hun zeer succesvolle Software as a Service-oplossing zijn lokale servers en computerinfrastructuur bij golfclubs niet meer nodig. Met deze software kan een golfclub het complete golfspel voor hun leden en gasten faciliteren. De focus ligt op minder werk voor de commissieleden en meer mogelijkheden voor de leden. Tegenwoordig is E-Golf4U de grootste club- en starttijden-softwareleverancier in Nederland.
Nexxchange is een Europese exploitant van een Software as a Service-oplossing voor exploitanten van golfbanen en -resorts. Nexxchange begon in 2015 met zijn eerste twee klanten in Oostenrijk en is daar inmiddels marktleider met het bedienen van twee derde van de 156 Oostenrijkse golfclubs. Anders dan de aanpak van E-Golf4U biedt Nexxchange een all serviced departments in a single solution-aanpak, waarbij verbindingen met producten van derden juist zoveel mogelijk worden vermeden.
Met hun softwareoplossing GolfSuite kunnen golfbaanexploitanten alle serviceafdelingen van hun golfbanen in één database beheren. With the takeover of E-Golf4U by Nexxchange, both companies aim to create a larger, more diversified software company for the golf course industry. The golf software market is highly fragmented, and by combining the forces of both companies they want to reinforce their position, in order to be able to continue providing solutions in the long term to golf courses and course managers across the whole of Europe.
E-Golf4U founder and majority shareholder Nico Zwaneveld, and Nexxchange founder Michael Briem share the same vision of the future of golf software. The company plans to serve all European markets in future.
Both companies will collaborate on standardised products for 2022, based on Nexxchange's current offerings. By taking over E-Golf4U they will be able to combine the knowledge of both systems, and so develop the best and most broadly-based solutions for the European market.

Using a different approach to that of E-Golf4U, Nexxchange offers an approach of having all service departments in a single solution, with links to third-party products being avoided as far as possible.

Using a central platform, they can also enable golfers to book at all linked courses as a member or green fee player.
